Zeshiru heat-resistant fiber

The ideal smooth and flexible heat-resistant fiber for welding.

■Common maximum heat resistance: 980℃, maximum heat resistance temperature: 1260℃. ■Fibers woven in satin weave (not plain weave). ■The surface has a luster and is very smooth with excellent flexibility. ■Due to its smooth surface, sparks are less likely to adhere, making it suitable for welding fibers. ■Ideal for spatter sheets for vehicle welding and protective sheets for equipment near welding areas. ■High-heat resistant fibers treated with special vermiculite processing, non-asbestos product. ■Manufactured from inorganic materials, no hazardous gases are generated. ■Sold by roll unit (approximately 50m (55 yards) roll). ■Roll width is 91cm (36 inches).

About insulation, heat shielding, heat resistance, and fire resistance.

It's important to understand the purpose of use! Introducing applications for insulation, heat shielding, heat resistance, and fire resistance.

Just because a material is heat-resistant doesn't mean you can expect it to have insulating properties. For example, metals like aluminum are excellent in heat resistance and fire resistance, but they don't provide much in terms of insulation. Conversely, there are materials like polystyrene foam that excel in insulation but are weak against high temperatures and flames. When selecting sheets, it is important to consider the intended purpose of use. 【Features】 ■ Insulation: Slows down the transfer of heat ■ Heat shielding: Reflects radiant heat to block it ■ Heat resistance: Maintains shape at high temperatures ■ Fire resistance: Durable against flames *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
